Meal of the day (Pulled BBQ Chicken)

1 large chicken breast per adult (frozen or thawed)
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

Put chicken into crock pot and dump enough BBQ sauce in to cover the chicken well. Cook on high for 4-6 hours until chicken is fully cooked. Remove chicken from pot and shred with two forks. (basically, you just take your forks and press down with the points and pull the chicken apart until it looks like "pulled chicken") Put the shredded chicken back into the pot and add more sauce. Stir well to make sure all the chicken is coated with the sauce and then cook on low for about 4 more hours. You can also put the pot in the fridge overnight after shredding and finish the cooking the next day. If you let this sit overnight the chicken will have a better chance to marinate and soak up all the flavor. Serve on rolls with baked beans and mac n cheese. Sweet tea is always a great addition as well. Enjoy!
