Meal of the Day (meatloaf)

So today we had meatloaf using a new recipe. IT WAS GREAT!!!! I wanted to share this with you guys because it is not only really easy but it is also cheap cause there aren't many ingredients.

1 pound ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup diced green peppers
1/3 cup quick oats
1 egg
1 package of onion dip/ soup mix
1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce

Pretty much, you just mix this all together until it forms a loaf then put it down into a sprayed crock pot. Let it cook on low for about 6 hours and serve. If you don't think there is enough sauce just add some more on top as it is cooking. (the oatmeal kinda sucks the sauce up). This is totally delish and pretty darn healthy if you use turkey!
