Here is the stew I made for lunch today. Super yummy and VERY easy.:-)
carrots (fresh, frozen or a can)
potatoes (I like fresh but can is ok too if that is what you have)
stew meat
onion
1/4 tsp garlic (or one fresh clove)
1 cup beef broth
1 jar beef gravy
dice your carrots and potatoes or make them how you like them for soup. I didn't put an amount cause you use however many you want to make. Put the carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic in the crock pot and pour in the broth. Let this cook on high for about 4 hours or on low for about 6 hours. Cook until the veggies are tender. Once everything seems well cooked brown your stew meat in a skillet and add it to the pot. Pour in your gravy and stir. Set your crock pot on low for another couple of hours until it is blended and heated through. Eat with some biscuits. Mmmmmm.
