Oreo Balls (thanks Jennifer Curtis!)

My friend from back in the Disney Store days passed this to me tonight and it sounded so yummy that I wanted to pass it along to everyone else. I hope you enjoy! Thanks Jennifer for sharing your wisdom!:-)

1 package of Oreo cookies crushed (pulverized!) We beat them in the Oreo bag with a rolling pin once the plastic divider is removed a potato masher works too

1 8oz package of softened cream cheese

1 package of white almond bark coating ( I always use 2)

1 package chocolate almond bark coating

- Mixed crushed Oreo Cookies with softened cream cheese until totally combined. (I think using your hands with gloves on works the best.)

- Roll into Walnut sized balls

- chill

- Melt white almond bark in microwave and using a toothpick dip balls to fully cover. Let harden on wax paper

- Once hardened melt chocolate bark and use a sandwich bag as a piping bag to drizzle chocolate

- I store them covered in the fridge.
