My Revised Workout :-)

So I knew that based on the amount of sleep I got last night there was no way on earth that I would be able to do the full 4 mile workout as I had planned. On my way to the gym I created a workout that I knew would push my limits while staying safe inside my exhaustion level. Here is the revised workout that I did today. Hope this helps to give you some ideas on a workout for your week!

1/2 mile run
50 arm press (using 2/ 15 pound dumb bells)
1/2 mile run
1000 meter row
1/2 mile run
100 Kettle ball swings
1/2 mile run
