Meal of the day (left over ham)

Ok, so now you have had your Thanksgiving meal and you have a ton of left overs. What do you do with all that ham? Here is a great idea that is so easy it is like you aren't even cooking! hehehehehe.

6 to 8 slices cooked ham
8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, peeled, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of celery soup
Paprika

1. Place half of ham, potatoes and onion in crockpot; sprinkle with salt and pepper, then all of grated cheese.

2. Add remaining half of ham, potatoes and onion.

3. Spoon undiluted soup over top and sprinkle with paprika.

4. Cover; cook on low 8-10 hours.

  1. I did a little variation for this batch. I had some leftover scalloped potatoes with cheese. I used them on the top layer of ham instead of putting a touch of cheese on top. I will add some cheese soup if I see it needs more liquid as it cooks.
