Meal of the day (Cheese Ball)

This is yummy, easy, and something you can make a day in advance to save you time!

1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup finely chopped broccoli florets
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese and pepper. Stir in broccoli and shape into a ball. Roll in bacon pieces pressing firmly to make sure the bacon attaches to the ball. Cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge until ready to serve. Serve with various crackers or breads. (I used turkey bacon and fat free cream cheese to help out with the nutritional stuff)
